On Wednesday, 13, the day he turns 39, Vampeta still remembers one of his numerous phrases that remained for the history among the pearls of Brazilian football. After the celebre sentence – ‘They pretend to pay and I pretend to play’ – said when defending Flamengo, the now leader joked again with the subject, and ironic the lack of money of the Rio club by discovering one of the routines of the program ‘Arena SporTV’.
