According to information from the newspaper Estado de S. Paulo, the Corinthian direction will auction 13,000 of the 48,000 places of the Arena Corinthians in Itaquera. Ordinary companies or fans can buy up to 11,000 stadium chairs for periods of three, five, seven or ten years. A total of 88 cabins, in addition to so-called business chairs, correspond to the remaining two thousand seats.
The stakes for the sale of places in the Arena Corinthians will be held by specialized company in the service, according to the newspaper. There is no date set for the auctions and the club has so far sold only one of its cabins to a sponsor for R$ 700 grand. The billing expectation for the entire stadium, which has 90% of works completed, is R$ 150 million.
