An Argentine from the time of the partnership between Corinthians and MSI wants to return to the São Jorge Park team. It's not the Mascherano steering wheel, holder of Barcelona, nor Carlitos Tevez, star of Juventus. The one who misses Alvinegro is the quarterback Sebastián Dominguez, the Sebá.
‘Sure, I'd like to come back, always. I've been here five years at Vélez, I'm fine, but today, playing in the Corinthians... For me it is one of the best teams in America’, said the defender after facing the Black Bridge with Vélez Sarsfield, on Thursday, for the South American Cup.
Sebá did not leave such good impressions on Corinthians, although he was a Brazilian champion in 2005. In Argentina, however, he has quite a prestige, having won four Argentine championships with Vélez.
Although distant from Brazil, the former Corinthian continued to follow national football. For him, by the way, the Brazilian Championship is far ahead of the Argentinean.
‘The team is fine, in Argentina we talk. Institutionally even. I'm watching the games in Brazil, and after Europe, Brazilian football is almost the same. For us Argentines it is beautiful to watch the games and for us it is also a very big difference. The fields, the teams, the players who came back. The Corinthians, even with all the figures that came back, was world champion. ’
Sebá also maintained from Brazil the affection for Corinthians. ‘When he was world champion he was here in Brazil and watched the game. All the Corinthians have gone crazy! I'm glad Corinthians is okay. I left a lot of friends. ’
