Among the players that Corinthians fears losing to the Brazilian Championship, the left-side Guilherme Arana reassured the Corinthian fans on Monday, before the award party of the Paulista Football Federation (FPF).
"I only watched on television and today I experience this moment, it is a great joy for me and my family. An historic moment, a dream of a child that became a reality," Arana started.
Lateral left of the Paulistan national team, Arana is the target of European football and has been speculated in clubs such as Inter Milan for a few seasons. Asked about the possibility of leaving the club, the defender turned the idea away.
"My head is only in the Corinthians and make a good role here. If it does, my manager can take care of my family. I'm very happy here at the Corinthians, I don't have to worry. I will honor this shirt while you are here," he said.
It is worth noting that William Arana's contract runs until 2021. The Corinthians has 40% of the economic rights of the side and intends to count on the athlete for the season.
