If an unsuspecting person visualized the table of the Brazilian Championship, he would certainly state that the coach of the Corinthians should be among the most expensive in the country. But reality is totally different. Fábio Carille is the cheapest coach in Brazil. On salary of R$ 100 thousand, Carille was a champion of São Paulo, ranked in South American and leads the Brazilian Championship undefeatedly. The salary of the coaches was calculated by Yahoo Sports journalist Jorge Nicola.
Another Brazilian football giant, Flamengo also pays R$ 100 grand for Coach Zé Ricardo. The Gávea commander, however, should not receive this salary for long, since Fla's technician, due to poor results, is about to be fired.
The best-paid coach in the country is Cuca, coach of Palmeiras. The commander of the alviverde receives about R$ 525 thousand monthly, R$ 25 thousand more than Mano Menezes, in Cruzeiro and Abel Braga, in Fluminense.
