President Roberto de Andrade granted the last press conference under the command of the Corinthians. On Friday (02), no CT Joaquim Grava, the alvinegro agent commented on the achievements and achievements as the maximum name of the club in the last three years.

Asked about the success of Corinthians in recent years, Roberto explained the legacy that the club has left in dealing with employees. The president classified the club as ‘a family’.
"Everything has reasons. I've been a football director for three years, so I've been very close for the last six, seven years. We always wanted to be clear, objective, and respect people. No player's ever been squandered. He's out on another job. I think that was the great virtue that we had the athletes ready to perform in Corinthians' shirt. We had a few moments, adverse moments. Unpaid prize, unpaid wages. And we've never had a negative response from any athlete. This is a result of the respect we've always had for everyone. I just talked to the athletes. I always understood that we in football... It's kind of corny to say that, but it's very close to being a family. I'm proud of, in six years, never having a personal problem, athlete with athlete, athlete with employee. I think that sums it up a bit because Corinthians has been gaining with great advantage over the other clubs," he argued.
"If I had been president in the three years, but I wasn't going through football, I wouldn't have had a chance to get to know Carille's work, and maybe my decision wasn't to keep it. Finally, Roberto commented on possible hirings for the coming days, and answered a question about the hypothetical rejection received by the Alvinegro fans. He ruled out both possibilities.

For the Corinthians, Roberto de Andrade won two Brazilian Championship titles and a Paulista Championship.
