President Andrés Sanchez will face difficult times in the next few days at the Corinthians. This week, the Public Prosecutor received a report from a private company and annexed it in investigations concerning the elections of the Alvinegro club held in February. The MP states that Timão's electoral process was not "integre, secure and reliable".

In August, the Court determined hearing to verify the lawfulness of the election and electronic ballot boxes. Telemeeting Brasil, the company responsible for counting votes, is under suspicion. The MP is based on Article 66 of the Consumer Protection Code: make false or misleading statement, or omit relevant information about the nature, characteristic, quality, quantity, safety, performance, durability, price or warranty of products or service, with prison sentence from three months to one year and fine.

" Regrettably, in addition to the criminal offence found (authority and materiality), it was demonstrated the absolute violation of the reliability and seriousness of the election, the distortion of the electoral process of one of the largest clubs in Brazil, since the president and plates were not elected within a democratic process intact, safe, reliable and healthy, which should have been guaranteed by the product and service sold by Telemeeting company," says MP.

According to the petition, Paulo Garcia included in the investigation the Dynamics Expertise company, from São Paulo, which thoroughly analyzed all the details of the elections of the club São Paulo. According to the report, 3,642 votes were recorded, but only 3,617 people signed the attendance list, a difference of 25 partners.

It is worth noting that a possible cancellation of elections should not take place in this criminal case. Only an action in the civil sphere or a movement of counselors could harm Andrés Sanchez and his allies.

Wanted by sports globe. with, the Corinthians expressed themselves as follows: "This question no longer concerns me in the aspect of any provision. First because the case is judicialized and second because I am no longer president of the Council. We have to wait. Whatever the Judiciary decides, it must be fulfilled."
