The trial of the attacker Clayson for curses given to the referee Raphael Claus, postponed last Monday, will be held on Wednesday (17), at 10 am (from Brasilia), by the Court of Sports Justice of São Paulo.
Ao UOL Sport, the president of the TJD-SP, delegate Antonio Olim, confirmed the trial scheduled for Wednesday. The court goes back a day after the decision is postponed. Clayson will be present by Corinthians against Chapecoense, for the Brazilian Cup, but may lose the final of the competition.
The TJD-SP frames Clayson in article 258 of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code, which speaks of "taking on an attitude contrary to discipline or sports morality, in relation to the component of its representation, opposing representation or spectator". The penalty varies from one to ten games. Clayson, however, can only be warned. In this case, I would be free for the final confrontation before São Paulo, by Paulistão 2019.
