The Corinthians live troubled phase within the field and also behind the scenes. Rusges between Carille and some cast players have disrupted the Alvinegra season, and to commentator Juca Kfouri of the podcast "Posse de Bola", one of the culprits is Emerson Sheik, Timão's football manager.
In Juca's view, Sheik is unable to dialogue with experienced players from the current cast because of the strong friendship he has with them. "The club's friend was invented as a football manager," Kfouri argued in explaining the situation.
