O Corinthians não só está trás de reforços para 2020, como também vem sendo sondado por outros clubes brasileiros que procuram atletas do atual elenco para um possível negócio. O último da vez chama-se Vágner Love, atacante de 35 anos e que retornou ao Timão no início da temporada.
De acordo com Samir Namur, presidente do Coritiba, o clube paranaense recém-promovido à Série A do Brasileiro quase fechou com Vágner Love. A diretoria do Corinthians não permitiu a saída do atleta.
“Esse foi um quase, mas o Corinthians não liberou”, disse Samir à rádio oficial do clube.
Love marcou 11 gols pelo Corinthians na temporada e deu duas assistências.
