O atacante Matheus Davó, contratado pelo Corinthians junto ao Guarani, pode retornar ao clube campineiro. O atleta é um desejo do presidente Ricardo Miguel Moisés para a disputa da Série B.
Davó pode atuar pelo Guarani sem nenhum problema na Série B, mas caso seja contratado de imediato, está impedido de jogar no Paulistão pois entrou em um jogo oficial com a camisa alvinegra.
Matheus se destacou na Série B de 2019 após marcar três gols em 30 partidas pelo bugre e ser titular absoluto da equipe. Ele tem contrato com o Corinthians até 2023.
