Revelado pelo Corinthians e irmão do jovem Gustavo Mantuan, o lateral-direito Guilherme Mantuan está de volta ao Brasil após atuar pelo Gil Vicente (POR). Ele jogará pelo Botafogo-SP no próximo Campeonato Paulista.
Mantuan esteve no elenco corinthiano campeão em 2017 no Brasileiro, jogou algumas partidas em 2018, mas perdeu espaço e acabou sendo negociado pelo Timão. No Gil Vicente, jogou apenas duas vezes.
